Project Code

We have participated in "Project Love" since 2000.  The Sunday School children collect monies from the congregation in a "Toonie Drive" to purchase supplies for the kits.  Kits are made up by our children and then sent to underprivileged children around the world.  It comes as a surprise to many of us that participation in classroom education is sometimes determined by whether or not a child has these basic supplies.

Kits contain a pencil, eraser, ruler, and notebook in a ziplock bag.  Each kit can be prepared and sent at a cost of  $2.00.  We have sent over 500 kits to date (2002).
